What is meant by DTCP layout ?
The full form of DTCP is the District Town and Country Planning. Any layout approved by the DTCP is called DTCP approved layout. The department of the DTCP comes under the purview of the concerned state government. Thus, the Royal Smart City is approved by the DTCP, Telangana state vide LP No. 55/2017/H.
What is difference between panchayat layout and DTCP layout?
The layout approved by the concerned grama panchayat is called panchayat layout. The layout approved by the state government is called DTCP layout.

We do not encourage installment purchases for especially real estate. We purchased land from farmers and made a layout after obtaining necessary permissions from the government. For this purpose we have invested our own money, therefore plots will be sold at outright basis only.
Whereas, normally most of the real estate companies will pay advances to the farmers and get GPA done on their name. After collecting the money from customers they pay the balance amount to the farmers after certain period. The plots will be registered to the customers only after receipt of full payment i.e. after all the installments are completed. But unlike others, the customers of Royal Smart City will get registration done immediately as soon as the payment is received in full. The customers need not wait for a long period.
Do I get bank loan for the purchase of residential plot in Royal Smart City?
We are for the welfare of our customers. We do not wish our customers facing financial constraints by taking bank loans. Therefore, we do not support bank loans for the purchase of plots.
